Harvest Events only hosts one event per day allowing you to set your own timeline that will be comfortable for you and your guests.
Between our Wedding Garden, Auditorium, Grand Foyer and elegant Reception Hall, each wedding can be unique. You are free to decide how your event will take place in our spacious facility. Neutral colors allow for you to decorate your way.
Our New Orleans inspired bridal suite comes complete with 4 lighted vanities and a private restroom. Ample adjustable lighting is perfect for applying makeup and getting just the right pictures. Our Groom’s Room allows for relaxation before the ceremony with a pool table, lounging area, and 60″ HDTV.
A lighted fountain and whimsical garden lights hang over our garden at night making the event feel even more magical.
Harvest allows you access to the commercial kitchen so that you can bring in exactly who you want to cater or cook for your special event.
In order to make your day smooth, Harvest offers an all-inclusive package that includes facility use, linens, dishes and more.
To reserve your date, a signed rental agreement along with an advance deposit in the amount equal to 25% your estimated total. An additional $250 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking. Two weeks out, the final balance of the estimated total is due. We accept checks, cash, visa or mastercard.
Events can go as late as 10 pm. Our Facility Coordinator will help you to set an event timeline that is comfortable for you and your guests.
Our Auditorium can seat up to 520 guests. For a more intimate ceremony, our Grand Foyer or Wedding Garden can accommodate 200 guests. The Reception hall seats up to 250 guests.
Beer, wine, and champagne can be brought in before the start of the event and must be served by a caterer or vendor with a current OLCC License. No private alcohol shall be brought in by family members, etc. If you choose to serve alcohol, an additional $250.00 refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking.
No, Harvest offers a-la-carte pricing options so you can piece together your perfect event. We allow you to select only the rooms and amenities you need.
Your Harvest Events Facility Coordinator is the liaison between you (and your wedding coordinator) and the facility. They will work with you throughout your planning on timeline, room diagrams, linen selections, and facility use. On the day of, they are available to direct vendors and assist with facility use questions. They ensure your sound and lighting is perfect and the facility is setup exactly the way you want! If you require full event coordination or more assistance/attention with your wedding and reception, we are happy to provide recommendations for local experts.
Because Harvest Events is operated by Harvest Christian Church, we are required to work within their organizational By-Laws. According to the By-Laws, the building is not allowed to be used for, or our pastors to officiate, any wedding ceremony except that between one biological man and one biological women. We are happy to offer our facility for the use of your reception or other private event.
Harvest Christian Church is a 501(c)3 Religious Organization. All venue renters are required to sign a contract agreeing to act in accordance with our Statement of Faith and Organizational Bylaws while on the premises.
