Jacquelyn Valdez is the Executive Director of Operations and oversees Harvest’s financial functions, IT infrastructure, and serves as the Human Resource Manager. She also manages the church’s brand through internal and external communications, oversees facility use, and the office.
Jacqui has a Masters in Nonprofit Administration, with Certificates in Church Administration and Organizational Development from North Park University. She has a B.A. in Business Management and Administration from Hope International University.
Jacqui grew up in Gresham, Oregon and was part of Harvest from the very beginning. She began working at Harvest in 2009 and has passionately been involved in many ministry aspects of the church. She has been married to her husband Steve since 2007 and has three young children. Her energetic kids keep her busy when she is not working at the church.
Jacqui has a passion for creativity and all kinds of arts and crafts. She particularly enjoys crochet and sewing, and loves to make things for her kids. Jacqui also enjoys painting wall murals and decorating the church, kids classrooms, and events in different ways.
